Our Food That We Eat Makes Our Mind. Proper Diet Is Necessary For Our Body As Well As For Our Mind. Green Vegetables And Other Vegetarian Food Is Preferred As Best, And Non-Vegetarian Food Creates Negativity, Anxiety Etc In The Human And Sensitivity, Feelings, Emotions, Gets Lost. Due To Lack Of Knowledge And Other Disabilities People Eat Non-Vegetarian Food. We Should Move According Country, Time And Situation. This Trend Of Eating Non-Vegetarian Food We Indians Copied From Western Countries Where The Weather Is Very Cold And They Don't Have Such Facilities Of Farming! So Whatever They Get To Keep Their Body Warm They Eat That. But We Indians Should Not Follow Them Blindly, we Should Eat What Nature Has Given To Us, And It Is All Very Precious.
