With the help of Gayatri Chetna Center of NJ, Gayatri Parivar of Long Island organized 108 kundiya Gayatri Mahayagna on 9th September 2012 in Long Island, New York. This was the first time, a 108 Kundi Yagna was organized in this region. This Yagna was attended by many community leaders and "Vidyarambh sanskar" of students of Bal Sanskar Shala was also performed during this Yagna. The Yagna created a new energy in the region and after the yagna, the number of students in Bal Sanksar Shala of Long Island has now crossed 200. Senior members from Shantikunj, Prof Vishwaprakash Tripathi and Ganesh Shauji, conducted the Yagna. Adarniya Dr Saheb send video messages in Hindi and English blessing this event and announcing his wish to establish a Gayatri Center in this region of USA.
