Adarniya Kalicharanji in this video mentions that Guru clears all your doubts and then he joins you in the reconstruction of the era. He also informed about three kinds of seva which are pratyaksh, paroksh and saha seva.
After that he talked about three kind of sadhaks. The first one being Pragya Parijan who donates 1 hour of time every day and takes out 20-50 cents each day to do good work for others. Second being Pragya putra who donates 4 hours every day and one days pay for good work. Third being Pragya Punj who donate all their time for Gurudev's work. Towards the end he informs that giving true knowledge is the best seva of all rather than just peeda nivaran or patan nivaran. In the end he encourages everyone to get involve in Yug Nirman by working cooperatively.
